Thank you for visiting our Team page. The Bodian family is participating in the upcoming 2018 SunriseWalks on June 10th. This cause is very important to us. My sister, Amy, passed away from cancer 15 years ago at the age of 38.
Every year, thousands of children are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. alone. These children have to deal with incredible challenges. Sunrise Day Camp is an organization fully dedicated to bringing joy back to their lives.
Please support our SunriseWalks team “Bodian Dermatology” as we will be raising money to help send children with cancer and their siblings to Sunrise Day Camp, free of charge. Sunrise is the only full summer day camp that allows children with cancer and their siblings to enjoy days filled with sports, games and arts and crafts in a safe and fun environment – where the focus changes from hospital beds and needles to swimming pools, games and new friendships.
The expense to send one child to camp is $6,000 per child. Our goal is to raise $18,000 to send 3 kids to camp free of charge and hopefully many more.
