Volunteering with HorizonWALKS is a great opportunity for school teams, clubs, & youth groups to get involved in their community and have fun! Or come with your family & friends, and work together toward a shared cause.
Who can volunteer?
Families, schools, corporate groups, youth organizations, college students, and individuals of all ages and abilities are welcome.
Volunteer & Fundraise!
Some of our most powerful fundraisers are our amazing volunteers. HorizonWALKS volunteers who choose to fundraise receive access to a variety of great resources and can earn exciting prizes. We thank you for going above and beyond to help support!

CAMPAIGN VOLUNTEERS:
Distribute WALK materials at your convenience to local businesses and schools, hang up posters, and ask them to display brochures.
COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS:
Help our planning and outreach committee create a successful event and raise as much funds as possible.
WEEK-OF WALK VOLUNTEERS:
Work with other Horizon Volunteers to assemble goodie bags, organize event shirts, and other tasks for a successful WALK.
DAY-OF WALK VOLUNTEERS:

Course Volunteering
• Motivate and cheer for WALKERS along the course • Direct WALKERS along the walk route
Finish Line Celebration
• Distribute goodie bags • Run carnival games & booths • Operate food & beverage carts • And more!
