SunriseWALKS offers an array of volunteer opportunities for all those who want to get involved and do good in their community while having fun!
Who Can Volunteer
Families, schools, corporate groups, youth organizations, college students and individuals of all ages and abilities are welcome to volunteer.
Ways To Get Involved:
Join our Planning Committee
Committee members help plan our SunriseWALKS event, from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up. Committee members help with securing sponsorships, recruiting community and corporate teams, marketing & outreach, and logistics.
Pre-Event Volunteers
Help assemble hang WALK fliers, organize event shirts, and other tasks needed to ensure a successful event!
Walk Day Volunteers
We are always looking for day-of event volunteers. Areas to assist are parking, arts & crafts stations, breakfast station, registration/check-in, on the walk course, at our Carnival, and set-up and break-down of the event...to name a few.
Fundraise & Volunteer
Some of our most powerful fundraisers are our amazing volunteers. SunriseWALKS volunteers who choose to fundraise receive access to a variety of great resources.
