Thank you for visiting! I've been involved with HorizonWALKS and Horizon Day Camp for three years, but this is my first time hosting a team. Horizon is the only free summer camp for kids with cancer AND their siblings in our area. I'm walking so that those kids can forget about the treatments, the disease, and their struggles for a day or a whole summer at summer camp. The CEO of Sunrise Association made a promise 13 years ago that parents wouldn't have to pay a single cent for any program. He has been able to keep that promise going because of fundraisers and supporters like you.
This cause is very dear to me, and I'll appreciate all the support I can get! Together we play a key role in sending more children to Horizon Day Camp where they can enjoy an environment filled with excitement, friendship, and adventure – where the focus changes from hospital beds and needles to swimming pools and paint brushes.
